Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quotation Maker / Estimator who can prepare accurate BOQs, pricing sheets, quotations, and costing for modular furniture, office furniture, and interior projects. The candidate should understand materials, drawings, and customer requirements to prepare precise estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BOQ & Quotation Preparation

• Prepare detailed BOQs based on drawings, measurements, and client requirements.
• Prepare cost sheets, rate sheets, and quotations with accuracy.
• Work on Excel-based costing templates and price formats.

2. Estimation & Costing

• Calculate material quantities (MDF, PB, plywood, laminate, hardware, accessories, metal, glass).
• Estimate labor cost, manufacturing cost, and installation cost.
• Maintain updated price lists of materials and hardware.

3. Drawing & Specification Understanding

• Read AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and furniture details.
• Understand product specifications, finishes, and hardware requirements.
• Coordinate with the design team for clarity on drawings.

4. Client Coordination

• Share quotations and revise as per client feedback.
• Provide costing details to sales teams and respond to queries.
• Support sales team in presenting pricing to clients.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain quotation logs, revisions, and approval records.
• Update pricing databases and product costing sheets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly estimation reports.

Salary Range:

₹18,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on skills & experience)

Key Skills Required:
