Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for Office Furniture who can lead sales operations, build relationships with architects, corporate clients, dealers, and project heads, and drive revenue growth. The candidate must have strong knowledge of modular and office furniture products, materials, pricing, and project sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business for office furniture (workstations, chairs, storages, cabins, meeting tables, etc.).
  • Identify and convert opportunities with corporate clients, architects, PMCs, and contractors.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Client Relationship & Networking

  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

3. Project & Quotation Management

  • Understand client requirements, layouts, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with design/estimating team for BOQs, quotations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Identify new markets, product categories, and trends.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, quality, and strategies.
  • Suggest improvements for product development.

5. Team Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and installation teams for smooth execution.
  • Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast planning.
  • Guide and support junior sales staff if required.

Salary Range:

(₹30,000 – ₹70,000 + Incentives)
