Position: GeM Portal Executive / GeM Coordinator

Location: Manesar ( Gurgaon)

Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal efficiently.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, pricing, and catalogues on GeM.
- Handle bid participation, including searching tenders, preparing documents, and submitting bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams to arrange samples, specifications, pricing, and technical data for bid submission.
- Track and monitor live bids, quotations, and order status on the portal.
- Ensure timely renewal of certificates, compliance documents, and registrations required for GeM.
- Communicate with government buyers for queries, clarifications, and negotiations.
- Prepare MIS reports related to bids, orders, sales, and performance.
- Maintain strict compliance with GeM policies, rules, and government procurement guidelines.
- Follow up for POs, payments, delivery schedules, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of GeM portal operations (product uploading, bidding, RA, OEM approvals).
- Strong understanding of government procurement process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bids and tasks under deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Tech preferred).
- Certification or experience in GeM portal handling is an added advantage.
